17STRONG is currently looking for passionate residents to apply for the 17STRONG Neighborhoods Advisory Board! It's a 3-year term from 2024 to 2026. Current openings are for residents from Urban and Suburban neighborhoods: Washington, Millikin, Taft Place/Governors Hill, Enterprise Park, New London, Downtown/CBD, German Village, Riverview/2nd Ward, Rossville, or Dayton Lane.
17STRONG Advisory Board is a working board that asks its members to be active participants in a wide variety of meetings, events, cleanups, and community projects.
We want you to help provide a framework for communication and sense of identity to rally individuals, groups, and other organizations to take pride in their particular corner of the city. This board shall work to create stronger, more identifiable areas throughout Hamilton to strengthen Hamilton's neighborhoods and generate a greater sense of civic engagement and trust.
Live in a Traditional neighborhood like Lindenwald, North End, Highland Park, East End, Jefferson, Armondale, or Prospect Hill? We will have a board opening a year from now.
