Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services pursuant to RC §§ 9.33 et seq. will be received by the City of Montgomery, Ohio for the construction of certain public improvements including site grading, installation of storm water systems and other utilities, construction of public roadways and streetscape (“Stage II Public Improvement Project”) associated with a separate project to construct public parking garages and mixed-use buildings including office, retail, restaurant, residential and hotel within the Montgomery Quarter development site.

CMAR services will begin immediately upon selection of a qualified firm and will include planning, coordinating, managing, directing and constructing all phases of the Stage II Public Improvement Project.  Copies of the specific Request for Qualifications for a CMAR which includes additional information, required qualifications and proposal format are on file and available from Brian Riblet, briblet@ci.montgomery.oh.us, City Manager, City of Montgomery, Ohio, 10101 Montgomery Road, Montgomery, Ohio 45242, or through the City’s website at www.montgomeryohio.org. 

Submit proposals and qualifications to Brian Riblet, City Manager, City of Montgomery, Montgomery, Ohio 45242, plainly marked on the outside:  CMAR Services – Montgomery Quarter Stage II Public Improvements.  Submittals must be received by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday, April 17 and will be opened and evaluated shortly thereafter.  Candidates will be notified if they are included on the short-list of firms to provide additional pricing and technical information.  The City of Montgomery, through its duly authorized officials, reserves the right to reject any, part of any, or all proposals and to waive informality in any proposals submitted.
