Please join us in congratulating Sgt. Michael Schulz and Sgt. Jeffrey Heard. Both of these fine men graduated from the Police Executive Leadership College after three weeks of intensive training and presentations from top names in the criminal justice field. The program is put on by the Ohio Law Enforcement Foundation and is held in Dublin, Oh.
