City of Fairfield issued the following announcement on Feb 2.
InnoMark Communications will invest in physical improvements to its Fairfield facility through a program known as PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy). Through a new partnership with the City of Monroe, and Liberty Township, any Fairfield business now has access to this program.
PACE is a favorable financing option for building improvements (HVAC, lighting, roofs, solar, etc.) that will improve energy efficiency.
