Earlier this year, Mayor Rhodus and other officials gathered for an official groundbreaking for Seward Pointe Commerce Park. Developed by Brennan Investment Group, the nearly $45 millionproject includes the construction of two Class A industrial buildings near Takumi Stamping.
When complete, the buildings are expected to house more than 200 new jobs.
