If you haven't already, it's time to bypass your home water softener.
The City has completed the installation of the reverse osmosis water softening system. The softening has been phased in to a hardness of 140 mg/L of CaCo3. The tap water at your Harrison home or business should measure at this hardness now, or will very soon.
