Local Boy Scouts and the American Legion held a Flag Disposal Ceremony on August 30 at the North Fire Station in Blue Ash.
“Today, we gather in reverence as these flags are retired from the duty of serving our community and our country as a symbol of America’s honor, courage, and strength,” said Blue Ash Mayor Marc Sirkin at the event.
The ceremony provides dignified disposal of unserviceable American flags.
