Pricing for the median home in Colerain Township increased during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Colerain Township rose by $120,250 while total sales remained unchanged with 14 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 65.1 percent increase over the $184,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Colerain Township in May 2021, as well.
