Median home prices in Groesbeck rose to $162,500 in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Groesbeck rose by $8,500 while total sales increased by 60 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 5.5 percent increase over the $154,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Groesbeck in April 2021.
