The median sale price of a home sold in April in Harrison rose by $31,500 while total sales decreased by 68.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 19.3 percent increase over the $163,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Harrison in April 2021.
