Of the 4,439 people living in Miami Heights in 2020, 51.7 percent (2,294) were women and 48.3 percent (2,145) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the West Hamilton News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 4. In the 65 and over age range, there were 559 females and 454 males.
