City of Madeira issued the following announcement on Apr 9.
Due to weather which has delayed other projects for the contractor, they have moved up the schedule for paving some of the streets in this year’s program.
Beginning Monday, April 11th…….
The contractor will begin pavement milling on the following streets:
• Paving crew will start to mill and re-pave Kenview, Mar Del, and Fowler. Kenview will be completed first and then they will move over to Mar Del and Fowler.
• On street parking will be restricted during the construction. No on-street parking will be posted between 6:30AM to 5:00PM.
Beginning Monday, April 25th……
• Tentative start date for water main replacement work on Jethve, Berwood and Homart. The contractor is going to start mobilization of equipment and taking delivery of materials/pipe the week of April 18th.
• Materials will be stored on Britten between Dee Street and Jethve/Berwood. Please drive carefully through this location.
Curb replacement is underway on Madeira Hills Drive. They are scheduled to start installing the new curbs the week of April 18th weather permitting.
