City of Wyoming Police Department issued the following announcement on Apr 4.
Besides it being the law, there are many great reasons to keep your best friend on a leash when you want to enjoy the outdoors together. Some of the more obvious reasons are to prevent your dog from being struck by a vehicle or harmed when running up to another dog or person. Leashing will also keep your furry friend from eating things they shouldn't which can cause all sorts of intestinal issues and also prevent them from contracting diseases such as parvo that can be contracted from sniffing droppings from other animals.
Here in Wyoming we want your furry friend to stay healthy and safe.
