City of Deer Park issued the following announcement on Mar 22.

Yard Trimmings Drop-Off Sites

Opening Saturday, March 26, 2022

Program runs March 26 - December 4, 2022

LOCATIONS/HOURS

(All sites closed April 17, Easter Sunday)

North

Rumpke Landfill (3800 Struble Road Cincinnati, OH 45251)

Saturdays and Sundays 8:30 am - 2 pm

West

Oakdale Elementary School (3850 Virginia Court, Cincinnati, OH 45248)

Saturdays and Sundays 8:30 am - 2 pm

East

Bzak Landscaping (3295 Turpin Lane Cincinnati, OH 45244)

Saturdays and Sundays 11:30 am - 5 pm

**Bzak is also open Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm; closed major holidays**

GUIDELINES

·    Brush and tree branches must be cut into manageable lengths and must be no larger than 12 inches in diameter.

·    Brush and tree branches must be bundled. Bundles must not be heavier than 50 pounds.

·    Yard trimmings must be brought to locations in containers or bags - brown paper bags preferred.

·    Containers and plastic bags will be returned.

·    Yard trimmings in commercial vehicles or from commercial establishments cannot be accepted.

·    No trailers longer than 8 feet or trucks larger than pickups.

·    No pallets, boards, nails, fence, or wire accepted.

·    No bricks, stones, or soil accepted.

·    Illegal dumping prohibited.

·    All children must stay inside vehicles.

·    Hamilton County residents only.

·    All materials dropped off at these sites will be composted or mulched.

·    Many communities offer curbside pickup yard trimmings. To see if your community participates, click here.
