On March 16, Andrew and Jessica Shea purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 5737 Lawrence Road, Bridgetown from David T. Benken and Mary K. Janson for $250,000.

This property is one of eight sales so far in Bridgetown in March 2022.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, David Thomas Benken has been registered to vote since 2002.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 5737 Lawrence Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mary K Benken, 36, and David Thomas Benken, 37.
