Springdale Police Department issued the following announcement on Feb 23.
We've seen a number of gift card related scams in and around Springdale lately. If someone wants you to give them the serial numbers from the back of a gift card, you can almost guarantee it's a scam. See the Federal Trade Commission info below for more info and never hesitate to call Springdale PD if you have a question.
