The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 228 Main St., Addyston was sold on Feb. 11 by Mildred R. Lewis for $90,000. The buyers were Jason and Kristeen Sams Sams.

This property is one of two sales so far in Addyston in February 2022.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 228 Main St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joanna R Ramer, 51, Kenneth William Ramer, 32, Samantha Ann Ramer, 31, and Kevin W Ramer, 52.
