On Feb. 1, Emilia and Justin Ragle Campbell purchased a four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 3574 Rackacres Drive, Monfort Heights S. from Ostendorf Enterprises LLC for $450,000.

So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in Monfort Heights South as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3574 Rackacres Drive, Monfort Heights S. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Dorothy L Dove, 73, and Vincent Lee Morton, 86.
