Falling home prices in Miami Township in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Miami Township fell by $71,500 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 32.3% decrease over the $221,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Miami Township in January 2021.
