The five bedroom, two bathroom home at 3633 Darwin Ave., Cheviot was sold on Feb. 7 by Gary A. and Shirley R. Scarlato for $217,000. The buyer was Ama Fall.

So far in February 2022, three properties sold in Cheviot.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Shirley R Scarlato has been registered to vote since 1989. Gary a Scarlato has been registered to vote since 1989.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 3633 Darwin Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Nicholas Scarlato, 46, Maria Louise Scarlato, 23, Dominic Scarlato, 26, Shirley R Scarlato, 74, and Gary a Scarlato, 74.
