City of Milford issued the following announcement on Feb 6.
Water Department crews responded to a water main break on Lila Avenue. The water is shut off on Lila Avenue from the 5 points intersection up to and including Robbie Ridge. Because of the location of the break and below freezing temperatures it will most likely be an extended time period before the water is turned back on in the area.
The City apologies for any inconvenience to our residents and businesses impacted by the repairs.
