The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 3806 Eddystone Drive, Northgate was sold on Jan. 18 by Connie S Benz for $175,000. The buyer was Ervinita B Leavell.

So far in January 2022, six properties sold in Northgate.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Connie Sue Benz has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3806 Eddystone Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Connie Sue Benz, 60, and Samantha N Benz, 34.
