On Jan. 19, Loren Real Estate LLC sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 4826 E. Miami River Road, Miami Township to Steve L. Welty Sr. for $238,000.

So far in January 2022, six properties sold in Miami Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, William Randolph Keyer, 62, was the only registered voter residing at 4826 E. Miami River Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
