The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 207 Park Ave., Harrison was sold on Jan. 21 by Keith A. Jordan for $213,000. The buyer was Jesse Kelly.

So far in January 2022, 14 properties sold in Harrison.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 207 Park Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: John Charles Davis, 46, and Karen Elizabeth Davis, 41.
