Colerain Township home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Colerain Township rose by $51,000 while total sales decreased by 16.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 26.7% increase over the $191,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Colerain Township in the fourth quarter of 2020.
