Median home prices in Harrison rose to $205,100 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Harrison rose by $28,600 while total sales decreased by 35.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,100 - a 16.2% increase over the $176,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Harrison in the fourth quarter of 2020.
