The fourth quarter of 2021: Covedale experienced a 6.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Covedale rose by $10,650 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,900 - a 6.9% increase over the $155,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Covedale in the fourth quarter of 2020.
