The last time this home sold was Oct. 7, 2013. It last sold for $65,000.

So far in January 2022, seven properties sold in White Oak.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 7278 Swirlwood Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Krissie Ann Letner, 47, and Diane Louise Pitts, 76.
