Home prices increased in White Oak during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in White Oak rose by $14,600 while total sales increased by 5.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 186 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 10% increase over the $145,400 median sale price for the previous year. There were 176 homes sold in White Oak in 2020.
