The second half of 2021: Home prices in North Bend fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in North Bend fell by $32,250 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 8.5% decrease over the $377,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in North Bend in the second half of 2020.
