Falling home prices in Mack North in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Mack North fell by $28,500 while total sales increased by 42.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 11.9% decrease over the $238,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Mack North in the second half of 2020.
