Dent home prices fell in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Dent fell by $1,900 while total sales increased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 1% decrease over the $181,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Dent in the second half of 2020.
