Median home prices in Covedale rose to $170,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Covedale rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 23.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 9.7% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Covedale in the second half of 2020.
