Home prices increased in Cleves during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Cleves rose by $17,450 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,950 - a 11.4% increase over the $152,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Cleves in the second half of 2020.
