The second half of 2021: Home prices in Addyston fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Addyston fell by $12,250 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $29,900 - a 29.1% decrease over the $42,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Addyston in the second half of 2020.
