The one bedroom, one bathroom home at 1157 Anderson Ferry Road, Delhi Township was sold on Dec. 20 by Baybright Alliance of Ohio LLC for $155,000. The buyer was Karen Elliott.

This home last sold for $85,000 on March 9, 2016.

So far in December 2021, 30 properties sold in Delhi Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Russel P Rosey, 37, was the only registered voter residing at 1157 Anderson Ferry Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
