On Dec. 16, Lisa Marie and Jasen Travis Manka purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 754 Sarah Joy Court, Delhi Township from Richard H. and Michelle L. Taylor for $225,000.

So far in December 2021, 23 properties sold in Delhi Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Richard H Taylor (51) has been registered to vote since 2002.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
