November 2021: Home prices in Covedale increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Covedale rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 9.7% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Covedale in November 2020.
