Median home prices in Cheviot rose to $134,950 in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Cheviot rose by $2,450 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,950 - a 1.8% increase over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Cheviot in November 2020.
