October 2021: Miami Township experienced a 32% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Miami Township fell by $89,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 32% decrease over the $279,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Miami Township in October 2020.
