The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 5296 Sidney Road, Covedale was sold on Oct. 28 by Bricks & Mortar Rental Properties for $134,000. The buyers were Carl and Lisa Hamilton.

This home last sold for $30,000 on Sept. 18, 2009.

So far in October 2021, five properties sold in Covedale.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Carl Neal Hamilton has been registered to vote since 2000. Lisa Hamilton has been registered to vote since 1996.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
