The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 1034 Beechmeadow Lane, Delhi Township was sold on Oct. 6 by Nicole and Gerald Hart for $229,000. The buyers were Amos Zachary A. and Amanda M. Bennett.

This home last sold on Feb. 15, 2013 for $22,000.

So far in October 2021, 10 properties sold in Delhi Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Gerald E Hart has been registered to vote since 2004. Nicole Noel Hart has been registered to vote since 1992.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
