Norwood home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Norwood rose by $10,750 while total sales increased by 7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 107 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 6.2% increase over the $174,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 100 homes sold in Norwood in the third quarter of 2020.
