How did home prices perform in White Oak during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in White Oak rose by $37,000 while total sales increased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 25% increase over the $148,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in White Oak in the third quarter of 2020.
