Falling home prices in Dent in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Dent fell by $13,900 while total sales increased by 8.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 7.2% decrease over the $193,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Dent in the third quarter of 2020.
