Cincinnati median home prices rose by 15.6% in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Cincinnati rose by $23,500 while total sales increased by 34.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 484 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,500 - a 15.6% increase over the $151,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 360 homes sold in Cincinnati in September 2020.
