Home prices increased in Cleves during September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Cleves rose by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 72.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 3.4% increase over the $159,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Cleves in September 2020.
