Pricing for the median home in Dent decreased during September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Dent fell by $142,500 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,250 - a 52.4% decrease over the $271,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Dent in September 2020.
