On Oct. 5, Ralph and Joanna Schroer purchased a property at 3678 Boomer Road, Monfort Heights S. from Garrett B. and Sarah J. Celek for $386,000.

This property last sold on June 25, 2015 for $167,086.

This property is one of two sales so far in Monfort Heights South in October 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Sarah Jean Celek has been registered to vote since 2016. Garrett B Celek has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
