The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 5323 Plumridge Drive, Delhi Township was sold on Sept. 14 by Samantha Wittich for $187,500. The buyer was Maimouna Mbo.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 7, 2009. It last sold for $77,500.

So far in September 2021, 18 properties sold in Delhi Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Kevin Wendel Grantlin, 36, was the only registered voter residing at 5323 Plumridge Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
